The most recent annual Shareholders Report is posted on this website and the annual AAOIC Shareholders’ Meeting will be held virtually using Zoom on Saturday May 3, 2025, at 11:30 Eastern Daylight Time. All AAOIC insureds are invited to participate! A link will be posted on this site in April 2025 to allow you to join in our meeting.
