SMS and Texting Terms
These terms govern the text messaging program operated by The Orthodontists Insurance Company (“we”, “us”). By opting in you agree to them.
What you receive
If you consent to receive SMS messages from The Orthodontists Insurance Company, you agree to receive policy reminders, payment reminders, renewal notices and credit card notifications by text at the mobile number you provide. These are informational, account-related messages. We do not send marketing texts through this program.
How to opt in
Opt in at https://aaoic.com/text-alerts/ by entering your mobile number and checking the consent box, which is unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase of any product or service.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages. You may also opt out at https://aaoic.com/text-alerts-opt-out/ or by calling 1-800-240-2650.

Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent or received; check your plan.
Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your privacy
We collect your mobile number and the date, time and source of your consent, and use them only to send the messages described above. No mobile opt-in or text message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
