Special Shareholders’ Meeting

As provided for in the AAOIC Bylaws, there will be a special meeting of the Shareholders via Zoom on November 25, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. The purpose of the meeting is for the Shareholders to approve a proposed amendment to the AAOIC Articles of Domestication with the state of Arizona.
